Read MoreGaltaji is an ancient Hindu pilgrimage site in the town of Khania-Balaji, about 10 km away from Jaipur, in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The site consists of a series of temples built in to a narrow crevice in the ring of hills that surrounds Jaipur. A natural spring emerges high on the hill and flows downward, filling a series of sacred kunds (water tanks) in which pilgrims bathe. The visitor or pilgrim ascends the crevasse, continuing past the highest water pool to a hilltop temple from which a magnificent view of Jaipur and its fortifications spreads out across the valley floor. It is believed that a Saint named Galav lived here, practiced meditation, and did penance (tpasya).[1]

Mark & Debbie took me on an adventure to Spring Mountain in the Blue Diamond area just West of Las Vegas. We were able to hike around a small water reservoir, and with much trepidation on my part (do not like the desert!) we walked to a little overlook, and then to Bonnie Springs Ranch for lunch.
Spring Mountain Ranch's most famous owner is arguably Howard Hughes. But its most LOYAL owner was the German actress Vera Krupp. She was a baroness who lived there over 30 years, and was also robbed of the famous Krupp Diamond from her kitchen. The diamond was made famous a second & third time by Richard Burton, Elizabeth Taylor, and then Elizabeths Sotheby's auction where the diamond sold for 9.28 million.
Flew into Las Vagas McCarran Airport Sunday night, and flew out Tuesday afternoon. Before we hit the clouds, I was treated to a nice view of Mt. Charleston.
Here are some highlights from my trip to Las Vegas for the Wedding & Portrait Photographers Expo! I leard quite a bit, and was able to see new gear, and some notable characters in our industry like Pye from SLRLounge (love you), and Peter Hurley - headshot guru.
Billy Krauss we love you!! Do yourself a favor and get lost in a YouTube dueling pianos extraganza...
Kind of obsessed with Instagram Grid App right now.............. Here's what i've made so far:
Caitlin invited Nick & I to the 2015 Chardonnay Harvest at her boyfriend's fathers Hobby Winery in Penngrove, California. His father Gordon, is the proud owner of Peacock Ranch, where he planted various grapes back in 1997, and is now in his 15th year of winemaking.
