Christmas 2015

Nick and I spent our first christmas together this year in San Rafael, CA.  After opening presents, we indulged in homemade cinnamon buns (a family tradition on nicks side), and then went for a walk to sort of feel OK about our cinnamon bun consumption.  We had bodie the chocolate lab with us for a few days, so that helped get us out of the house.    Around noon we drove up to Monte Rio to visit his mothers families old stomping grounds.  We then had an early dinner at the Union Hotel in Occidental. That night, we compared and talked about our shared goals, plans, visions, etc.  Overall it was a very enjoyable christmas day. I'm glad to call him my sweety.

Nicole & Tony's wedding

Nick & I spent a weekend in Encinitas for his cousin's wedding at the San Diego Botanical Garden.  Sure, I could have brought my camera, and given you a bunch of dslr blog-worthy photos, but instead I chose to travel lightly, and in most cases (aka: morning walks on beach) I left my phone at home.   HOWEVER - I did snap some pics with my Samsung Note 5 at the wedding, and here's what we came up with:  1 gorgeous wedding, a super crazy dance party, and the most lucky bride/groom on the planet.  Such a great night. xoxoxo

Jazz Age Lawn Party - or - My Own Personal Burning Man...

This past weekend in NYC, Lea and I went to Mike Aranellas Jazz Age Lawn Party held on Governors Island.  This has been on my bucket list for a few years now, so we went all out. Here are some pics from the event.
