The Hamilton/Bel Marin Keys Wetlands Preserve is one of my favorite places to take our puppy while he is still learning the ropes. The path is the color of his coat.... the people are nice, and the path is entirely fenced in, so your pup doesn't interfere with the gorgeous preservation project happening.

Rain, Clouds, Dog Walks, Repeat. This was my 1/2 January & 1/2 February. Gotten a lot done, saved money, spent money, filed things, un-filed things. Walked some more. Tried to meditate - 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, got up to 100 one night. Fell asleep, woke back up, fell asleep again.

This week the fuzz on his rump started to lay flat. Why is this the first thing I commented on? This week we started taking him to parks... sort of breaking the rules on the shots front, but he's absolutely no fun to walk because he doesn't want to walk. We tried new things this week like sweet potato instead of peanut butter, and Open Farm Dog food. I chose Open Farm because they are ethically sourced. Nick and I oppose factory farming, and I didn't want my money going towards that sort of enterprise.
