Nick had a hankering for Crawfish, so after some investigation, was told to head across the Mississippi River into Louisiana to a place called C&M Crawfish. I tried one, but there was no chance in hell that I was going to tear those things apart.... yuck! I stuck to shrimp & corn. 2lbs of crawdads later, Nick was satisfied, and content.

Kate & Mark get marrIed at The Elms, in Natchez. It was an elegant and absolutely fun wedding. The day started with a slight drizzle of rain, but by time the ceremony started, the clouds had parted, and the sun broke through. By the end of the wedding, after the cake, and during the dance-off, the clouds gathered once more for a dramatic thunderstorm. One guest commented "Thunder & lightning are Gods Fireworks" (or something along those lines!). It was the most romantic of weekends. Congratulations Kate & Mark!
